Food Knife for out-and-about?

They're not flat ground. And the torx screws only fasten bolsters and scales to the frame. For me, not a big deal at all. I really really like this knife.

You are correct. I was looking at my photo and it fooled me. On close inspection of the knife, indeed, flat grind.

My specs certainly describe a Trapper pattern. That is why I have a Boker on order. The only one I could find with flat ground and stainless blades. I was curious if a modern knife might be available.

The Lionsteel looks very well made but a warncliff blade is not ideal for food.

The Victorinox looks like it could be useful. The photos look like a concave ground blade though.
