Try to keep the stuff intended for my list under 4". I need to carry this thing around and I don't want to have to explain to an LEO that I'm carrying a huge knife for cutting food which is 5" long. Thanks (Not to mention 4" and above are illegal)
I'll go for the Spyderco Dragonfly. It's cheap and the Lock Backs seem to be perfectly cleanable. (Thinking of the Buck 110 and how it was a hunting knife designed to get bloody)
Hmm, I want to get a BM 940, and I need a reason, so I want to say that it's going to be ok for cutting food. I've gone so far as to e-mail BM asking if they think it would be ok to use it for food and rinsing it off.
