I agree, when cooking with meat like that simplicity is best. You folks need to come up here to Canada and experience the ecstasy that is Montreal Steak Spice. A little bit of that on a nice charred ribeye will change your life.
you wouldnt if you tasted it. The marinate was subtle and well balanced and montreal steak spice is what was rubbed on, with a little bit of pepper.
I know better than to drown out the awesome flavor of beef.
