  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Food & Traditional Knives

My better half is making pizzas tonight. Since I'm the only one that likes anchovies, this one is all mine! :D

Mmmmmmmmmmm ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

So, it's on its way to being part of a bacon, black pudding cheeseburger? Sounds great! ๐Ÿคค
I left the bacon off in the end Gary - thought it might be a bit greedy! ๐Ÿคฃ

And I can have a bacon and black pudding sandwich tomorrow :D ;)

I have no idea where else to ask, so... uhm... sorry, folks. ๐Ÿ˜… Anyone had an indigestion of any sort after eating food that has been cut by carbon steel blade? Asking because I had.

Maybe you had bacteria on that blade....:poop:
Nah, not likely, washed it twice before using.

No, but it can certainly flavour raw foods-fruits, cheese.
Fruits were the deal. Maybe it's just my weak stomach. Wasn't sure, hence the question.

It was the Case Slimline Trapper, by the way. Now I am using GEC 89 "Stainless Fruit Knife", haha. Rare case of a knife being used exactly what it was meant to be used for.
