for a coote grinder, which motor is good

for the coote grinder, as it doesnt come with a motor,

what type of motor would work well with it, im guessing that something with variable speed would be best, what budget motor would fit on this ..

I got the three step pullies with my coote, but you can buy them local for a little less at Grainger or other outlet, I have a 1 hp harbor freight at 1750 rpm. Been great for 3 years. If you have the $$ variable speed would be great, but 3 speed work really well for me.
