I've often wondered what it would be like to handle a Busse. Busse fans seem very loyal to their knives, which is a sign of a premium product. I live about 60 minutes from Wauseon, and considered calling them to see if I can stop by to handle one of their knives. I don't think they have a storefront, but they seem like nice enough folks and might allow me to handle a knife in person. Well, you don't know until you ask anyway.

No way, whatRya, nutz???????????????? LOL ...Actually, when I get settled into my new place, I want to have a couple of big chopping stumps or logs at my house for yakking over while hacking away at something with some of my Busse's. I'll extend an open offer then for some of y'all to stop by and use one on the stump, hack away and get a feel for it.:thumbup: I'll be in the metro Philadelphia, PA. area, and settled in at the new place before I leave for BLADE, in June.![]()
Andy, as far as I know, unless Jerry has changed it, Busse is a closed shop, no visitors allowed. Now that doesn't mean you couldn't talk someone into meeting you for lunch, on you of course, so you could handle a blade or two.You never know until you ask though.
