The tip on the SD is incredible. Everything I have stabbed it with(no I didn't stab Concete with it). But it has penetrated a 1993 Pontiac Grand-am driver side door.went all the way threw.. And. There's no damage to it.it did dull the first half inch. I used a DMT blue sharpener to put it back in working order

Sorry to hear about the sharpening problems, My spiraling demise actually came hair popping sharp. It was able to push cut paper.

No matter how long I hone or sharpenit it will not get/stay sharp. My fire spitter is razor sharp...just bought the harbinger to round out the trio of folders bad blood has.

I have the Nano fixed blade and it is awesome. I liked it enough I contacted Sean Kendrick to see about getting a custom version. May have to pick up one of the folders.

How does this compare to the EL-01 in terms of handle thickness? Does anyone own both?
Or other common knives like the Tenacious, Rat 1, or Recon 1. I'm really interested in how much it would bulge out of the pocket.

I read elsewhere they use really soft polymer pivot bushings. Can any owners confirm this?

I may get made fun of and called a snob for this, but I've never owned a knife with polymer bushings that didn't need replacing after a short period of time. I would gladly pay $1.20 extra for bronze (double what they cost for US made bronze bushings) to not have to deal with them collapsing and warping after a short span of time.

I would seriously consider these knives if they didn't weigh more than most of the heaviest ZTs.

Seriously, 7-9 ounces. That's outright insanity.

It takes some gall to slam the quality of an item without having any experience with it. By all accounts, they seem to be well made.

They certainly put the "heavy" in heavy duty, however.

I've had the Bad Blood "Harbinger" for awhile now, and it is a beast of a folder, a lot of knife for under $40.

Lol @ ZT and Cold Steel beater

Tri-Ad lock can't be beaten by anything this side of a fixed blade and the ZT 0200 would destroy this thing and make it look easy..

Gall I have, crap folders, not so much.;)

I haven't seen Bad Blood in person yet. Love big folders though. Keep us posted on how yours does.
