Too bad they didn't go with 80CrV2 instead of 1095. Couldn't have cost much more to make. (Seeing that Finnish Laurin Metalli 80CrV2 blades sell for under $10 to $30 in the US.)
I love the designs of these, but I have to echo the sentiments of others that they don't feel like a strong value at the price point. You'd have an objectively better knife using something like 80CrV2, as noted above.
