I'll bet that dumpster is just full of knives with minor imperfections. Slightly mismatched stag, imperceptible blade rub, blades a fraction off center when closed, uneven tang stamp, that sort of thing. Anyone up for some dumpster diving?

Funny you should say that, I actually opened the damned thing up and saw two nice black plastic bags full of "stuff", along with a mess of cardboard, but I lost my nerve cause I'd have had to climb in to get them. If there was a little more cover I might have done it.Now that I think about it I wish I had!
