My post was not meant as a personal attack on Spark, and I am sorry that you took it that way. I have nothing but high regard for the work that Mike and Spark have done at Bladeforums. I have always stated that sellers and dealers should pay for the privilege of posting their items for sale here.
I have supported the site thru purchases from the site and dealers here. I am a customer of a business not a hobby and I have the right to complain about the lack of response from BladeForums Auction on my purchases. This is a business when they want money, but a hobby when they don't respond or want to work. Every business is overworked and under staffed, been in a fast food restaurant lately. If they do not want my business, that is fine also, there are plenty of dealers and web sites who do want my money. I have never sold anything here, only been a customer.
My problem is that Spark will not acknowledge the fact that there are many of us who liked the Individual for Sale Forum for purposes other than it was created. If Spark could accept the fact that some of us actually liked the site for other than selling, that would be a start. Someone might actually have an opinion other than his. Spark is definitely not a PR person, and he would be better off to have someone else respond or at least proof read his posts. You do an excellent job of moderating this forum and would\could be the excellent buffer that they need.
Nobody has posted more attacks on the readership than Spark, whiners, crybabies, etc. When someone responds to challenge that sarcastic biting acid response, "Oh my are we offended". Spark is probably a wonderful person and an excellent example of a human being, but you cannot tell from reading his posts.
Business, hobby let's make up our minds.
