I've been using Australia Post air satchels for US orders. The service is about a week from me dropping off at Post Office to landing in US. Times travelling within the US vary quite a lot. This is what a typical tacking looks like.

I did use Australia Post Express for the last three knives but it doesn't seem to make a difference at the US end.

Do you simply fill out the customs declaration as a knife and ship it to the states without any other issues?
