hello, my name is chris greco.i am 23 years old and just finished culinary school. i recently went to japan where i was lucky enough to win a culinary event where they gave me a Damascus knife without handle made by a famous steel maker Ito sh-tang. well i was looking around and would love to put a mammoth tooth scale on it maybe something with some blue in it. i have very little money but really want to make this a great knife please help me out i need something 4 7/8" by 1" or something of that area. please again if you have any heart help. thank you
