Not sure of the maker, someone may recognize it. Grey micarta scales with maroon liners.

Nice knife with kydex sheath.

The maker is Ben Tendick... BRT Bladeworks. GLWS.
 
For reference, this is part of his "Pine Marten" line.
Likely made with L6.
