Selling my new Hinderer XM-18 Flipper featuring a 3.5" CPM20CV Spearpoint Blade, stonewashed titanium lock side and Orange G10. Knife was purchased new, by me, this May from Fort Henry Custom Knives and has never been used or carried. Blade centering is spot on and the detent is good, a little stronger than my other two Hinderer XM-18's.
Overall the knife is stellar Hinderer, with exception of some from the factory "snail trails" on the titanium lock side. I had not even noticed the snail trails when I first inspected the knife after receiving it from Fort Henry Custom Knives, I only noticed them later under better lighting when I was taking pictures of the knife. They don't show up in every picture, and even to the naked eye they are only noticeable at certain angles. When I contacted Fort Henry Knives, I was told by the owner that "there are occasionally some errant scratch patterns that come out of a Stonewasher and most knife owners are OK with this". That being said, in the interest of full disclosure, something that wasn't extended to me, I am selling the XM-18 as defective from the factory, and have priced it as such. I paid $485, plus $10 shipping. I'm asking $425 PayPal (friends and family). Includes USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail Shipping. First "I'll take it" gets it. Immediate payment is expected, immediate shipping will follow.
