This is the last price drop on this knife. My Gold member status has expired and since this is the only piece from my collection that I have yet to sell as part of the liquidation of my collection, I likely won't renew it, given I have nothing left to liquidate. So, I am giving it a last try before calling it a day and keeping this final piece.
Jeff Chaffee Folding Dagger - This is a Jeff Chaffee Premium Mother of Pearl and Damascus Dagger. The blade length is 3 7/8 inches and the handle is 4 15/16 inches, with an overall length of 7 5/8 inches. The dagger-ground blade is a beautiful Robert Eggerling Damascus, and the double bolsters, also by Eggerling, have a pattern to them that has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. This linerlock knife features blue-anodized titanium liners, and also features more Eggerling Damascus for the backspacer which is also entirely file worked. The thumbstud is fileworked 14k gold and facilitates the extremely smooth opening of the blade. Another very unique feature of the design of this knife is the faceted handle. Each side of the handle has three distinct flat surfaces, making the knife look very geometrically interesting and pleasing to the eye. The overall fit, finish, and tolerances on this knife are superb. A beautiful piece! I own a lot of high end custom knives and this was probably my favorite piece from the collection I liquidated. $625
