Thank you for looking. For sale is a rare(ish) GEC Northfield #47 Viper. It comes with tube and paper. It will not ship out until Monday at the earliest. Im not the first owner. I was told it was NIT and based on bolsters and inside liners, I would say that is true. I never used or carried it. It appears to have a factory edge.
The mark side cover does have areas of the bark where it sees more creamy. This could be interpreted as wear on the cover material, but there is nothing else on the knife that could be taken for wear, so I find it hard to conclude that this is wear. I could have been the way the factory polished it. At any rate, perspective buyers should look hard at the pictures to make up their own minds.
The shield does sit just a little proud at one end (see final picture). Id tried to describe it as accurately as possible, so there will be no surprises.
