The knife can be opened using the thumb stud or with the hidden scale release (The scale is pressed near the thumb stud when closed to activate opening). The locking mechanism is liner lock and the liners are ionized blue titanium. The scales are premium blue fossil mammoth ivory. The spine is file worked. Inside the knife on the spine is inscribed with his initials and the knife’s name, ‘RW Gambler Min 02’. Even the inside the spacers are tooled.
