Up for sale is a brand new, in box, Shun Reserve 7" Santoku in SG2 with stainless damascus cladding, 16 degree double bevel and a Pakkawood handle. This knife has never been used or sharpened. Retails for $300 on Amazon, at William Sonoma, Chef Knives to Go and elsewhere. I'm asking $220, Paypal only, with free shipping anywhere in CONUS. Would make a great Xmas present.
