I believe this was one of a limited KnifeArt custom collaboration. It's numbered 13 on the reverse of the blade. It was refinished by DDR shortly before I bought it, and has seen pocket carry and "office use" type cutting, but is in great shape. Blade is Talonite, ground by Rob Simonich, handle is titanium, fitted by Darrel Ralph. Pics (the "smudge" to the left of Rob's logo is DDR's; it looks much less objectionable in person):
