I have for sale a mint condition Spyderco Dayhiker, a collaboration with Jerry Hossom. It is a beautiful knife, the smallest out of a series of four.
The handle is made of green (canvas I think) micarta, the steel is N690Co, which is excellent in my experience with this knife and Extrema Ratio.
The knife is used but shows zero signs of it, except it is no longer factory sharp; I suck at sharpening convex edges.
The knife comes with its original sheath and clip (not the TekLok like it says at the Spyderco site unfortunately, they downgraded it to something of their own making but truthfully a TekLok would have been better).
Construction of the knife is full exposed tang, the scales are outstandingly contoured and come off easily with two torx screws on each side.
The spine of the 4mm thick blade has rounded edges, with excellent jimping near the handle. The edge has a slight recurve and a good belly: it's an excellent cutter and slicer, but then which Spyderco isn't?
I no longer have the original box.
Asking price is$275 $260 including shipping and insurance.
