This is a one of a kind configuration as far as I know, this is the king of all micro-chef's. Quite possibly Tom's most desired and well known model, the micro chef is absolutely perfect for any small kitchen task. I have used this one for small tasks in the kitchen and sharpened it on my wicked edge, an added plus, this thing is laser sharp and ready for use or would be great in a display or in any collection.
