My best research says this is a Rostfrei knife from Pakistan. It's a lever-lock knife/machete in very good condition. The blade is made of steel which has a beveled edge. It opens and closes manually. Attached to the lower part of the blade is a brass swing guard which sits flat with the wood handle when opened; vertical with the blade when open. The handle is made of wood with brass elements which has finger grips for holding comfortably; it is riveted into the steel, identical on both sides. On the left side of the knife is a lever lock that locks the blade in the open or closed position. The blade folds into the handle.
