Very nicely done everyone! Good show RedbeaR15! I am so very glad to be a part of such a great community of people!!

Congratulations RedbeAR15!!!

Well done to all of the folks who contributed to this! The generosity of the fiddleback family is inspiring to say the least!!!!

It gets better -- RedbeAR15 has offered to "flip" the Hatchula II I offered into another auction / lotto. More to follow as I would like to see if we can get it hosted/cross posted in Dylan's sub-forum to see if any of the members over there would like to contribute as well. As soon as I have the details worked out, I'll post the knife, sheathes and a few other goodies up to see if we can drive a few more bucks towards Ben's fight before the weekend closes out.

Will, I'd be happy to offer up the WAS shortmuk I have to generate more SuperBen proceeds. Maybe we could make it a Fiddleback family auction.

We received an update from Ben's Mom. She said the surgeries were very successful, but still a long way to go of course -

"There was talk about other surgeries in the future that he will need, but for now he is only having a few seizures a day which is a huge improvement compared to seizures everything 30 minutes. We are making some med adjustments and going off one med. we saw Ben off the seizure meds briefly in between surgeries and it was quite amazing, he was a whole new person. So we hope to get him off some of his bad meds.

He is recovering really good, his left side is very weak but it was weak before just going to take some time. We have lots of follow up test, MRI, erg eye test and more VEEG in the next 3 months. All in all the surgery was a huge success!! He seems much more aware now and seems to be seeing better.

We can't tell you enough thank you and to all those donating items for Ben how greatly we appreciate it. The trip was a lot more costly then we anticipated and everything you guys have done has helped tremendously."
