Has anyone attempted to make their own bacon before? And do they have any tricks they would like to share. I feel like it is time to buy so pork bellies and give it a try.

Honestly, instead of bacon, I have a friend who makes Pancetta. Italian bacon with garlic and more spice. My personal bacon favorite.

You can eat it raw or cooked!
Also, it is rolled or FOLDED!!!

Could be considered blasphemy around here, but I had beef bacon the other day. It was delicious. Almost like corned beef.

But, I still like real bacon the best. Haha.
