Nice one! I don't think I've seen that model before. Do you what it is called?
It's a #3000. They had 2000, 3000, 4000 and variants with different numbers like 3001. Different cover materials, clip or drop point. Brass or nickel bolsters. It was (is?) their long running folding hunter.

I can't seem to find much more info on them but I've been admiring them for a long while. This one popped up on the exchange and I couldn't pass it up!

They also made a light weight version. I think in g10.
Just checked Boker site. 440c, g10 & ti handle.
