one side acid etch, the other side electric etch.

Beautiful blade. I have a brand new BK10 and brand new BK16 w/micarta that I am trying to sell locally to fund a machax purchase. It looks like an all around fun knife

Just a suggestion here...upgrade to any paid membership and list them in the trade section. Probably be able to trade that 16 for a Machax easier than trying to sell locally, much more "targeted marketing" here on BF than in CL or any other local venue. My 2¢.

I think I will have to do that because I am having zero luck locally.

Just picked up one a month ago....no use yet but I like it.

Interesting....... This tool never appealed to me, but you never know.

Machax on the way, should be here by Friday. Then i can be cool like you Jonny :D

Still need to order up some micarta, for both the 4 and the 9. But the 4 really looks great stripped with micarta. I prolly wont strip mine for a while though.

I just received mine from my wife for Christmas. While awesome, the blade has a slight bend in it. If I lay it down on the flats, I would say 3/16" gap in the middle. Going to send it back for an exchange but still totally bummed. QC????

On a side note, plan on stripping the new one an then staining and smoothing the micarta scales. Any advise?
