Hello Roger and thanks for the nice comments concerning the cutting bowie. I am going to take a camera and I will get some pictures and post them. Should be a lot of fun, besides I need humility pictures of my performance in the cutting competition.

I'm humbly deferring to Terrill concerning photographs--though I'll probably take a few dozen snapshots myself. I click away these days since digital is "cleaner"--no more "7 lbs of silver ore for each negative" for me!
For those attending the SOS Show, I hope you'll stop by and ogle my 6 matched Scagel knives in their leather case featured in BLADE Magazine ("Find Of A Lifetime", August, '03). No worries--I'm hoping to find an appropriate knife show up in your general area sometime, somewhere so I can display the set. In fact I'm open to suggestions. My mission is to do what I can to share the Scagel Set with everyone who'd like to see them.

What are the show dates this year? I went last year, but can't remember when. All I know is that it's sometime early in September.

September 12th, 13th, and 14th. The times are:

Friday: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Also remember, Friday's my birthday. Bring presents.
