For those of you who never heard of the Kershaw Median...

Ok, so let me make sure I understand. The Median is a $40 Kershaw with a 3" blade made in China from 3CR13MoV.
Comparing it to the metal scaled Link, I could get a very similar blade shape, 420HC, American made kershaw for about the same exact price.

Or if I wanted to go cheaper, the darned near identical Cryo, also made in China from the same blade material is $10 less...

Is there something I'm missing?

I have no experience with this, but just comparing the specs, I think I'd have to agree with your vid.
