What say you get rid of that German garbage and get yourself some American steel to go with your American steel? How about a Colt 10mm? Not that plastic BB gun that shoots .40 S&W (Short and Wimpy)!
10mm and .40 S&W are very close in diameter (less than a mm i believe). The difference is in penetration, stopping power, and muzzle velocity (which the 10mm dominates in all catagories). Sorry, but i don't mean to hijack. This still relates to the Glock, right?

My bad. It's a German company though, right? I still would never buy one.
10mm and .40 cal are EXACTLY the same diameter bullet. The .40 came about when the FBI decided against the 10mm so they shortened the case and named it .40 S&W. The cartridge over all length is similar to the 9mm so that the same frame could be used for both (9mm and 40). 10mm gives a greater velocity due to more powder thus greater foot lbs of energy (fpe). The 10mm also has a bigger diameter barrel and larger frame due to the increase in pressure.
