I think this is my first post here (even though I´m member sice 2010) and it´s a good opportunity to introduce myself: My name is Clemens and I´m the founder / owner of H2O watch.
Founded in 2011 our first watch introduced was the H2O Kalmar. Based on this design we offer our customers many different exotic material combinations, which are sometimes never used before in the watch industry:
Titanium - our standard model / officially certified to 6000M WR - titanium parts are available in heat-colored
Tungum - used originally for pipes on oil plattforms - extremely salt water resistant - look like gold
and gets patina like bronze
3Ti - we developed this layered material made from Titanium Grade 2 + Grade 4 + Grade 5
Mokume Gane - Copper + SS 316L layer - you knive guys will know this material for sure
Damascus Steel - you saw already Rons special watch in the first post - from the same case material we offer as well a H2O Damascus Steel knive
SS + Titanium Grade 5 layered material: To my knowledge this layered material has never been produced before - just one watch was made!
Don´t want to make this an AD post. So feel free to ask any question. I will try to answer to my best knowledge.
BTW, for the H2O ORCA series I´m planning to manufacture a few watches for the first time ever from HANDMADE STAINLESS Damascus Steel. Real handmade - NO DAMASTEEL

I´m the guy behind H2O and this absolutely crazy Damascus Steel watch. Since many years I´m a collector of not only watches, but also knifes. I mostly read in the biggest knife forum in Europe: the German www.Messerforum.net
I have produced only six damascus stee blocks from this steel and just 4 made it to a final product. Every customer has chosen his preferred combination of bezel, display case back and main case to make the watch even more individual for the buying person.
My Damascus steel watch case is for example very different looking as I was coocking the watch case in approx. 90° Celsius hot acid. Fortunately I didn´t make it longer, because otherwise maybe the 4th wouldn´t have become a watch.
This is the knife I have made for my damascus steel watch. It´s made from the same damascus steel like the watch case itself and handmade by German knifemaker. The bolster (is that the right word for the damascus plates surrounding the wood?) and handle could be changed to different types of wood and also the bolster to timascus or Mokume Gane.
Of course the knife shown is not final as the wood handle must be exactly fitted between the metal plates and also the screws are to big in diameter.
To make this story short:
We are introducing a new watch series H2O ORCA with 5 different watch cases and I´m planning ON REQUEST to manufacture a VERY SMALL LOT made from HANDMADE STAINLESS DAMASCUS STEEL!!! The design for the watch could be chosen from the 5 different designs of the ORCA series.
Some watches are already sold to my current customers, but you can contact me under contact@h2o-watch.com for further information.
Just to make sure: Of course we are NOT using industrial made Damasteel!!!
We are using really handforged stainless damascus steel and this is to my knowledge the first time this will be done.
Here are the ORIGINAL stainless damascus steel blocks used to produce the watches:
