Well, it finally happened - I got read the Riot Act over the number of knives in the house now that we have a baby daughter - and I will be selling off much of my collection in stages. Here are some Bussekin - these are all things I didn't think I'd be letting go.
Pictures aren't great, but these are all in perfectly new condition (apart from the BT6) - if you're seeing marks on the blade, that's just protectant.
Prices are net to me (your choice of payment - doesn't have to be PP - but you cover any fees involved) and include shipping in the US (from DC).
Sterile FM V14 CF, natural canvas micarta - $780 (i.e. at original cost, including shipping). This is an impressive piece of INFI. The competition finish is good (not like the recent Silent Knights) - only two small deeper machining marks I can find, otherwise the machining marks on the flats and genuinely "light". NCM handles are really nice on this as well - kind of a warm, caramel tone with some character, that looks like some of the vintage micarta I've seen, though doubtless it will darken further with age. SOLD
1311 - $250.
Kill Devil Sniper Hawk - sage coating, blade Al Welke kydex sheath - $240. I wrapped the handle with paracord and rubber tubing, leaving a top lanyard. I think I did a pretty good job, so will leave it on, but can of course remove, if the buyer doesn't want it.
Stripped BT6 with tequila G10 handle and homemade (by former owner) kydex sheath - $325. Pretty good strip job, sterile, some chatter marks visible, finish and sheath are functional but not pretty, edge is in great shape - very slicey for a big knife.
