making the tub forge wanted some advice of some cheap manual blowers
i cant seem to find the old hand crank blowers anywhere

Seeing as you are in California, you might join the California Blacksmith's Association. Some members might have something for sale. There's always eBay. Blacksmith's Depot has electric ones:

Check on ebay. There are usually a few. And, if there are any iron scrap yards around you that are open to the public, they are not unusual to find there, as well. My local yard has a couple right now.
