Forge Burner nozzle question

I have looked carefully at this site: http://www.cashenblades.com/info/gas_forges.html
So I built a pipe construction as shown and have a hair dryer attached to it, and now I need to make the gas connection. What would be the best way? There is a miss match between the pipe threads and the gas thread. How should I build the burner’s nozzle and how should I connect it to the pipe’s thread?
Thanks – Michael.

First - A hair dryer will work for a very small forge, but if you are building a burner the size of Kevin's drawing, you will probably need a forge blower that delivers 50-100 CFM.

Second - Get a gas fitting that has male standard pipe threads on the end that connects to the valve ,and gas pipe threads on the other end that will mate with the gas line you are using. A trip to the plumbing and heating shop, or the welding supply, will find what you want. Large hardware stores might have them ,too.
