Forge Burner plans? Need some

Hi Eric,
Thanks for the tour! You have some nice equipment in there. I like your forge allot. Its not for the newbie though.

Lol... :o It's all the pictures I had Bruce. It would be a easy burner for a newbie by just piping gas into the 2" pipe at the same location as my picture shows. Just have a 3/8" ball valve for NG or a needle valve for propane. No need for all the fancy stuff for temp control.

Do you any dimentions and orifice size etc? Looks nice. Is this yours?

Yes, it is mine. I post a sketch of it.

It is a simple venturi burner, but the orifice is interchangeable.

The end nut you see is drilled with a 1 mm bit. But I have all sorts of orifices to test with. For forced air I put 2.5mm (1/10") orifice or 3mm (1/8") orifice. For venturi operation 1.5 mm holed orifice proved to be the best performer for this design... So with one burner I can either work venturi or forced and use optimum orifice sizes for either operations...

Nice design Emre. I like the fact that it can be used with or without the forced air. Thanks for the picture.

I have some Pics of mine, It's pretty simple in comparison to some.

All 2" pipe, the inlet is 1/8" welded into the elbow centered in the 2" Pipe, The air control is a gate valve and well you can see the blower/hair drier is stuck in a piece of 2" pvc threaded coupling. Nothing fancy but gets to welding temps pretty easy.
