Anyone know a good place to buy hawk drifts, preferably with a location in Canada, or at least that will ship to here?

Hi Stuart,...I just had that same question this morning and found this thread. Since you answered it, I'm wondering if you're a blacksmith. The reason I'm asking is because I've been wanting to take a Norland hatchet and have someone reheat it and drift the eye so that I can use hawk handles instead of hatchet handles. Is that a possibility?

Yes, it is surely possible, but the hatchet will have to be re-heat treated as well.
