Up for grabs is another one of my mini chefs. This one I gave hammer textured flats and nice hand rubbed bevels.
The Handle is a feathery stabilized redwood burl. The pins are carbon fiber.

After an upcoming knife show, I will try and get some more made. Do you guys want stainless or carbon steel? Carbon will be cheaper.
