• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

This may sound dumb, but why not wait until you have your firebrick and make sure everything will line up right?

Naw, the heck with waiting. just cut the thing that's what I would do and then when you get the fire brick you go back and re-do it. heck it works for me..or maybe it doesn't..I need to learn to slow down but what fun is that??:D

The bottom of the door should be level with the finished floor otherwise if you drop something you cant grab it with tongs. Also the floor needs to be scraped out once in awhile and you dont want a lip there. Wait a minute are you making a vertical or horizontal forge? A vertical needs a door up higher where the heat is.

horizontal forge, Also i got 1 inch Insboard 23 HD but am unsure how this should be attached.
