Finally got it done.
Found the receipt for the Ins-wool from Darren Ellis . It was bought in 2004.
I can't even say I'm half/fast.
12 dia
18" high
2" inswool on top and sides sprayed with ins tuff.
1 " of wool in bottom with a llayer of kitty liter on top of that.
Had to add the vent on top as the air coming out the door was way to hot.
1 1/4 burner idea from Indian George.
I think my blower puts out 160 cf of air. The 2" valve doesn't need to be open much.
I start it a 5# pressure and run it a 2. A knife blade takes hardely any time to heat up.
