I'm still experimenting and learning about weld patterns. This one didn't turn out like I planned (they seldom do) but It's okay

Pattern welded from 15N20 and 1084 steel
Heat treated in my shop a digitally controlled furnace to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind
Distal taper to the tip and butt
Book matched desert ironwood handle
Overall length: 10 1/4 inches
Blade: 6 3/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry

SOLD. delivered within the US. My PayPal and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com

I do not think a weld pattern has to be uniform or symmetrical to be amazing. I think that weld pattern is amazing, not just OK. Just my $.02.

I agree, if you had started this by saying that the pattern turned out as expected, most people would agree that is amazing.
