First one finished for 2009

Just finished this'en up, I forged it from a flat bar of 1080. The scales are Ironwood. The pins and liners are nickle silver. The blade is flat ground and the tang is tapered.

**note**-scales are alot more colorful than depicted in photographs.

The measurements are:

A.O.-7 5/8''
Blade width- 1 1/16'' at choil
Blade length- 2 7/8'' tip to choil

Price is $180 to your door with sheath included.

**sheath comes in choice of my avaliable dyes, as well as left or right hand carry**

Thanks,
Andrew

just to let ya'll know, the 1st pic of the knife showing the file work, the scales look unevenly shaped, but they are the same, the knife was just sitting at an angle, you can see the last pic that their even.

just had to point this out , it's been bugging the heck out of me and it's to dark to take another shot.

Great design Andrew -- and it looks like it would be very comfortable in the hand. Nice price for all the work that went into that piece.

Congrats. Hey Andrew, did you get my email about your email on my site?

thanks sean,

FYI the drop point you got from me inspired me to forge up a few more. i still got 1 or 2 more to finish up then on to the bigger ones for a bit.

email sent on the site.

thanks

Another nice one, Andrew. I like the blade shape and recently, I have grown fond of thin handles, especially on smaller knives.

thanks alot, and:thumbup: on the thin handles, i too have recently took a liking to the thinner ones for user knives.

Lovely lovely knife... that file work is crazy :D

I'll bet my voices can beat up your voices.... or at least throw poop at them :D

Andrew--

I gave it to him tonight a day early. He's very pleased. I'm sure he'll chime in with his comments. Thanks again!
