14.5" OAL Culinary Scimitar
Blade: Forged and differentially (clay) hardened 1084 - 10.625" including a 1.125" ricasso. 10.125" cutting edge. Flat ground and scary sharp. Super fine (gray belt) Scotchbrite finish.
Handle and hardware: Black walnut handle slabs with 3/16" brass mosaic pins.
