Forged 1084 Black and Tan with Bold Hamon

This one is forged from a bar of 1084. It is clay quenched and shows a very bold hamon. The spine is fileworked.

The handle is black and tan micarta laminate. It is black linen laminated to natural canvas. I like the effect.

The sheath is leather, hand tooled and hand stitched. It is my "H" style sheath which allows for ambidexterous horizontal and vertical carry. It does make the knife ride a little higher on the hip, but it is very versitile.
