Wasn't sure just what a proper title for this one should be, so ended up as a utility. It's forged from 1084, flat grind and belt finish. The blade is pretty thin and flexible enough to fillet if needed, but wide enough to dress game or bone with. With corian handle, copper ferrule and pins it would stand up well in a kitchen. Guess it is just a good all around knife with lots of potential uses. Handle is mortised with blind pins and the tang runs about 2/3rds through. Comes with custom leather sheath.
