I forged this from Aldo's 1084 and clay coated it for a hamon. 1084 doesn't get wild hamons like W2, but it is nice and distinct. The tang is also slightly tapered as a result of the forging.

The handle is both natural micarta and linen micarta. The natural micarta is bias cut so it looks quite a bit like wood grain. It is held in place with G-flex epoxy and peened pins. I have had to remove a set of scales that were fastened with peened pins, and it took a lot of work with a hammer and chisel. The handle is also sculpted for a nice comfortable grip.

The sheath is my PFB design. I made it to clip in the right hand pocket. It is hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig and is also lined with upholstery leather. The knife slides in nice and snugly.

Dimensions
Blade - 3 1/4" tip to handle
OAL - 7 1/2"

Price - $210 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.
The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.

I could only imagine the sheer amount of work and effort in this.
thick , nice sheath and fantastic combo of everything. That hamon sure looks hella nice!

Matt, another great looking knife. I have to tell you that the thin pocket fixed blade I picked up from you a while back has become one of my top daily carry choices. I didn't know how I would like the pocket sheath, but it literally disappears in the pocket and draws great. Awesome job!
