This is some of Aldo's 1084 forged out. It is left with the forged finish on the flats mostly because I like how it looks.
I have clay coated the blade for a nice hamon.
The spine is fileworked.
The bolsters are G10 and the handle is a laminate of tan (natural) canvas micarta, and black linen micarta. It is held in place with normal pins and one mosaic. I am pretty happy with the results.
The sheath is leather with some tool work done to it and a snakeskin inlay.
Dimensions
Blade - 6" tip to bolster
OAL - 11 3/4"
Price - $300 shipped to CONUS. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.
The first "I'll take it!" gets it
