Here is a hunter/belt knife forged from a bar of 1086M..The knife has a 5 1/2" blade and is 10 1/2" long overall..It was polished to about a 600 grit (working polish) but shows a pretty nice hamon..The handles are desert ironwood with five stainless pins and a stainless lanyard hole..It also has red G10 spacers..
****This knife has a small mark inside the makers mark.(a mistake from etching the mark). It dosnt really stand out but is there all the same..So Lisa said to let someone have it for a good price who just wants a good knife(Its been on the shelf for a very long time trying to decide what to do with it)..So the asking price is $115 shipped priority with conformation..I think thats very fair for a forged knife of this hard to come by steel..Even with a small imperfection..paypal or postal money orders are fine..The paypal address is phllpwest@bellsouth.net
Thanks and sorry, no sheath..

That knife for that price:eek::thumbup: Very nice. That's the first time I can recall seeing desert ironwood not in some shade of red, but it looks really cool like that.
