I did not start calling it a neo-kukri. I had a few people say that is what it looks like. It is a good sized knife, but not quite big enough to be a kukri in my opinion.
The steel is 1095, clay quenched for a nice bold hamon. The spine has been fileworked.
The bolster is black canvas micarta and the handle is Bocote.
The sheath is 8oz leather, hand stitched and tooled. It features my "H" style belt loop that allows for ambidexterous horizontal and vertical carry.
Dimensions
Blade - 5 1/2" tip to handle
OAL - 10 3/8" in a straight line from tip to butt (not taking into consideration the curve of the knife)
Price $235 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.
The first "I'll take it!" gets it.
