Hello everyone! I have here a forged 6” chef. 2” tall at the heel to allow for clearance, a flat grind on the bevels, and a cork belt finish.
The handle tapers to the front from the middle as seen in the photo and is fastened with a stainless corby bolt. The spine and choil are rounded smooth for comfort. Knife comes with the box shown for safe keeping of the blade.
