Hey all,
I'm looking for a couple of students to fill a class at the Guilford Art Center the weekend of Nov.15-16.
The class will cover basic forging, grinding, and heat treat.
You can check it out at www.handcraftcenter.org

The listing does mention you need to have done some forging or taken an "intro to blacksmithing " class. I'll waive that for anyone from here that would like to join the class.

It's a good class....c'mon down.

i doubt i can make it, i'm planning on having a table at a show that weekend, but just out of curiosity...i assume there is a cost...can you say what it is here? when i found the event on the website it simply took me to a generic "come and learn" page without any specific info.

From the website
