I think this knife is just about the right size for the small game and white tail hunter. Easy to carry but large enough to get the job done.

Forged 5160 steel
Flat ground
Hand sanded finish to 400 grit
Tapered tang and distal taper
Cocobolo handle
Overall length: 8 1/4 inches
Blade to the plunge line: 3 3/4 inches
Hand sewn leather scabbard

$130 ----SOLD---- delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account is gldrewknives@yahoo.com I will also take USPS money orders or checks with time to clear.

NICE! I think that double-choil is going to become a GL Drew signature. Matches the cut of your sheath too!

I decided it needed a photo from the top to show the tapers on this one. It measures about 3/16 at the thickest.

Man, that's nice. Your stuff has taken off in a new direction this year, which I really like.

Gerry! That is gorgeous. The sheath is fantastic too!

Gerry, that's got to be one my favorites of all your designs. The apparent balance must make it feel like a nautral extension of your hand...a real plus when your up to your elbows inside a deer.

Wow! Nice Knife! With what you've been cranking out on this new forge of yours you must have Popeye arms by now! Great work!

No, I still have the withered up old guy arms, they just hurt more at the end of the day.

Why is this knife still here? You guys are asleep at the switch!

:eek:I can't stand it! Winter heating bills, saving up for three "must do" trips in the upcoming months, and now drducati is putting the screws to my sorely tried resistance! Oooohhh, that hurts! :(But, if I give in.... But, if I don't..... :confused:This is awful! (But, can you tell? One thing I ain't is "asleep at the switch"! :))

I have bought many of Gerry's ATS34 knives over the past years. All are great users in all regards.

The new forged knives look :)
